Soap
Consolidating two beauty websites into one unified premium platform.

Soap is a leading Dutch beauty and injectables clinic with 12+ locations. They came to us with a fragmentation problem: two separate websites — Soap Treatment Store and Doctors at Soap — with separate structures, separate content, and separate visual identities, despite representing one premium brand.
The challenge
Customers were confused. The two sites told different stories. And neither did justice to the premium positioning Soap had built in the physical world. They needed a single, scalable platform that could grow with them as they opened new locations and added new treatments.
What we built
Working alongside design agencies Soda Studio (UX) and Resoluut (visual design), we built a unified platform on Next.js with Storyblok as the headless CMS. The focus was on content consolidation — auditing what existed, deciding what to keep, and building a CMS structure that content editors could actually use without technical help.
Premium aesthetics were non-negotiable. Purposeful animations, refined typography, and careful focal-point image management to make sure photography looked right on every screen.
We also brought in external SEO consultation to make sure the migration preserved search value from both previous domains.
Result
A single platform that unifies Soap's digital presence — location directory, treatment pages with pricing and booking, doctor profiles, and a content management setup that lets the team move fast without touching code.
